We want you to be happy with your subscription. Because our products are digital services, the following applies.
The rule, in plain words
You get a refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. You can cancel anytime so you're never charged again. That's the whole policy — the sections below just spell out the details.

If you're not satisfied, request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase. No questions, no conditions — just contact us.
How to request a refund
Email admin@jigsawlabs.tools with your order number (from your Paddle receipt), or use the support link in that receipt. Refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time via the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us; you won't be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of past payments.
Renewal charges
Forgot to cancel before a renewal? Contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and, provided the service wasn't meaningfully used after the renewal, we'll refund it.
When we may decline
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles), fraud, account sharing, or violation of our Terms of Service. Statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.
