These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JigsawLabs website at jigsawlabs.tools and the digital products we sell ("Services"). JigsawLabs ("we", "us") is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Jordan. By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

We provide digital services only: software tools that run in your web browser. Some tools are free for everyone; access to pro tools requires an active subscription. There are no physical goods, downloads to install, or license keys. Features and availability may change over time.

2. Your account

Pro tools require an account, created by signing in with a supported identity provider (e.g., Google). Your account is personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Orders, payment, and our reseller

Purchases are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles payment, billing, and applicable taxes, and its terms apply to the transaction. Your order confirmation, invoices, and any refunds are managed through Paddle.

4. Subscription access

• An active subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the pro tools for personal or internal business use, for as long as the subscription remains active.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share, or provide the Services to third parties as a service, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

5. Your content

Documents, text, and files you submit to a tool remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. We process them only to provide the tool's function during your request and do not store them afterwards, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating any law, infringing intellectual property, submitting unlawful content, attempting to circumvent access controls or usage limits, probing or disrupting the Services, or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

8. Fair use

Pro subscriptions are intended for a person's normal working use. We may apply reasonable usage limits to keep the Services fast and affordable for everyone; if a limit affects you, we will say so clearly in the product.

9. Intellectual property

JigsawLabs and its licensors own all rights in the Services, software, branding, and templates we provide, except for content you submit, which remains yours.

10. Availability, disclaimers & limitation of liability

We aim for high availability but the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Always keep copies of your source content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified in the product.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
