These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JigsawLabs website at jigsawlabs.tools and its tools ("Services"). JigsawLabs ("we", "us") is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Jordan. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

We provide digital services only: software tools that run in your web browser. All tools on the site are currently free — no subscription, account, or payment is required to use them. There are no physical goods, downloads to install, or license keys. Features and availability may change over time; if we ever introduce a paid tool or feature, its price and terms will be stated clearly on its page before you use it.

2. Accounts

No account is needed for any tool today. If you previously created an account by signing in with an identity provider (e.g., Google), we hold only your email address and a provider account identifier — never your password. We process this limited account data on the legal bases described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains our use of strictly-necessary cookies and your data-protection rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection). You can exercise those rights, or delete your account and its data, by emailing admin@jigsawlabs.tools.

3. No resale

You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties as a service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

4. Your content

Documents, text, and files you submit to a tool remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. We process them only to provide the tool's function during your request and do not store them afterwards, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating any law, infringing intellectual property, submitting unlawful content, attempting to circumvent usage limits, probing or disrupting the Services, or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

6. Fair use

The tools are intended for a person's normal working use. We may apply reasonable usage limits to keep the Services fast and available for everyone; if a limit affects you, we will say so clearly in the product.

7. Intellectual property

JigsawLabs and its licensors own all rights in the Services, software, branding, and templates we provide, except for content you submit, which remains yours.

8. Availability, disclaimers & limitation of liability

We aim for high availability but the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Always keep copies of your source content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified in the product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
